HM3 Consulting was founded in 2020 by a team of experienced IT leaders who had worked together delivering complex services for clients across multiple sectors. Having seen first-hand the challenges organisations face in aligning IT solutions with business strategy, we recognised an opportunity to do things differently.
We created HM3 to offer clients specialist expertise delivered with independence, flexibility, and a partnership-first ethos. From the beginning, our goal has been to help organisations cut through complexity, strengthen their IT foundations, and enable sustainable transformation.
Today, HM3 works with clients across government, utilities, telecoms, and finance, trusted for our ability to listen, collaborate, and deliver solutions that last.

HM3 Consulting is an IT Services Consultancy, specialising in Digital Transformation through Service Architecture and Design and Project, Programme and Portfolio Management. We have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes across multiple industry sectors including government, utilities, telecoms and finance. We place a great deal of focus on culture and relationships, working closely with clients and business partners to deliver first class outcomes.
The HM3 Leadership Team is supported by an Associate network of Service Architects and Programme / Transition / Transformation Managers who are hand selected for their outstanding knowledge and expertise in their field.
